UNUSED ITEMS We do allow a 30 day money back guarantee for returns of all unused items in the original packaging, with tags still attached if applicable. Shipping fee's cannot be refunded for returned items and any shipping cost we paid for free shipping will be taken out of the refunded amount. Simply contact us with your intent to return FIRST. We don't require a RMA form, but we do require you to contact us first so we know an item is coming back to us and whom it's from. USED ITEMS Used items can be returned but at a reduced rate. If you need to return an item that has been used please contact us for further instructions. A % of the listing price will be given and original shipping fee's will not be returned. PROBLEM OR DEFECT If there is a problem with the item when you recieve it please contact us within 7 days, leave all tags attached (if it is still unwashed), and we will refund all fees shipping included!
